How deposits and withdrawals work
Depositing: sign in, choose Deposit, enter the amount and pay by card or bank transfer. Your wallet balance updates as soon as the payment clears.
Saving: move any part of your wallet balance into a Flexible or Fixed Term plan. Interest is added to your plan automatically.
Withdrawing: choose Withdraw, enter the amount and your receiving bank details. Your request is processed and the funds are released to your bank, typically within 1–3 business days.
